Upgrade and Retrofit Services
Unitronics has extensive experience in retrofitting existing automated systems with minimal or no-shutdown time required.
An in-depth site survey is performed by Unitronics in order to inspect all existing mechanical, electrical and software elements. Following the site survey, mechanical elements may be subject to replacement or repair. This includes motors, gears, cables, transmission, pallets, sensor holders and other mechanical elements.
Based on such surveys, Unitronics can perform complete removal and replacement of all existing control systems (PLCs, electrical cabinets, wiring, communication, etc.), complete removal and replacement of existing management computer and software (such as WMS), and modifications as required (addition and/or replacement) of sensors and measurement devices.
